For orders weighing less than 150 lbs: we ship using Fed Ex and UPS.
For orders weighing more than 150 lbs: we ship standard LTL freight using UPS, YRC, Saia, Fed Ex, Estes and other carriers, in partnership with Unishippers.
The shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based, however other factors may affect your rate, including the size of your packaging, residential delivery, lift gate, and delivery notification services.

Prior to checkout, you can get an estimate on shipping for the items you wish to purchase. In the shopping cart, enter your Country, State/Province, and Zip/Postal Code. What is Freight Delivery?
Freight delivery means your product will be shipped and arrive via a large truck. Freight delivery is used when the size and/or weight of the product is too large to ship using small package carriers (UPS, FedEx).
How do I know if a product requires freight delivery?
Freight delivery is required for all online orders weighing more than 150 lbs.
How are delivery arrangements made?
The local freight carrier will call you to arrange a delivery appointment. Freight deliveries are scheduled on week days only, however, weekend deliveries can be scheduled for an extra fee. Failure to accept delivery in a timely manner can result in storage fees.
Basic freight delivery means the carrier truck arrives with your delivery within your scheduled delivery time. The customer is responsible for unloading the item from the truck, called a "hand unload". Most of our products delivered by freight carrier can be unwrapped from the pallet and easily carried in pieces to the desired location. This is also called "tailgate delivery" and takes between 15-30 minutes with 1-2 people.
Although the truck operator may offer to assist you, he is under no obligation to do so (and may be restricted from doing so by insurance regulations). Basic freight delivery does not include moving the item from the truck, moving it inside your house or yard, apartment, or office, nor does it include any unpacking, set-up, or installation of the product.
The majority of of our customers use the hand unload delivery successfully. However, if you feel you will be unable to hand unload your item, liftgate delivery service is available for an extra fee. Liftgate delivery means the driver will lower the complete pallet to the ground for you. From there, you can unpack and move your items by hand to the desired location.

In-stock items will ship within 1-3 business days upon receipt of your order. If we have to mill all or part of the order, please add 1-2 weeks to the lead time. You will be notified via email when your order is shipped. Please allow a few days to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your location.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on certain products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Contact us for more information.
